EXCEPT for the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) and NURSES, the applications to take the licensure examinations together with all the documents supporting the applicants' qualifications shall be filed not later than twenty (20) days before the
first days of examinations in the Central and Regional Offices. No changes in the schedules may be made without the prior approval by the Commission. The Chairmen and Members of the Regulatory Boards shall see to it that their activities or engagements shall not interfere or conflict with their duties in the
examinations as scheduled above.
If the number of examinees is less than fifty (50), regional examinations maybe be cancelled ahead of time with proper and prior notice to the regions. This resolution shall take effect upon its approval.
Let copies of this Resolution be furnished the Department of Education (DepEd), the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), all schools, colleges and universities, public and private, for their information and dissemination. Done in the City of Manila this 17th day of October, 2007. .
